Summer is in full swing. We have had quite a bit going on but nothing that has been hard work. I've posted some pictures of some of our fun.

I am once again trying very hard to do something fun everyday with the kids. It always makes our summer's memorable. This summer I have put together several different projects that we are working on together. I thought it would be fun for them to write a novel. Thoroughly study a country of their choice and to go on some nature walks with terrific paper, water colors and pencils. The goal being to learn how to draw and paint.

As for me personally, my goal is to get the projects for customers done that I have commited to and then to spend some time having some fun for myself. The above picture is of another Viking Knit chain that I did for a customer. It turned out so well and both he and I were very happy with it.

Moriah turned 11 a week ago so we have been celebrating. She has grown into a beautiful, fun, smart kid.

We went over to my parents house for her birthday and had so much fun. She had her best friend over and together they wandered over the whole place. Her birthday dinner was bacon cheese burgers and potatoe salad. We all sat around the table eating and telling jokes. My Dad was on a roll and told his Polar Bear joke. It was recieved well of course. If you don't know how to catch a Polar Bear, ask him. He then moved on to teaching Moriah how to cut water which is something that every kid that went through his house from the time I was Moriah's age until now has had to learn. Now we are on to the next generation and my daughter dun me proud. She was a great sport!
Hope your summer is going well. I'll post more pictures as I get them edited. Later Gaters.
